Carnival Dream Construction Continues

Carnival Dream is less than five months away from delivery. This series of photos of the 130,000-ton vessel was taken last week at the Fincantieri yard at Monfalcone (Italy).
No, this isn't part of the ship's sanitation system. It's part of Carnival Dream's 303-foot-long water slide, which will be the largest at sea, ending in a 104-foot drain pipe that we showed you earlier
This is taken from near the top of the waterslide looking aft and down onto the Pool Deck.

Carnival Dream is set to enter service in Europe on September 21 (2009). By winter it will be positioned at Port Canaveral for a year round 7-day Caribbean program from there beginning December 12, 2009.
