Disney Dream's Funnel Arrives at Meyer Werft

The 200-ton funnel for Disney Dream arrived in the icy waters of Meyer Werft's Papenburg (Germany) shipyard on Friday. It will be painted the line's traditional red and black this week, and top the ship's superstructure. The stack measures 98 feet long, 41 feet wide and 65 feet high.

Disney Dream is scheduled for delivery in early 2011 with an inaugural from Port Canaveral on January 26, 2011. A second vessel in the series, the 128,000-gross ton Disney Fantasy will be delivered in 2012.
