Silversea Creates La Terrazza aboard Silver Shadow

The Terrace Cafe aboard Silver Shadow has already been converted to La Terrazza, most evenings serving a menu created by Marco Betti, the owner of the award-winning Antica Posta restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia and Florence, Italy. 

Here is a sampling of the extensive menu offered in La Terrazza. (a) Insalata con Mozzarella di Bufala e Pomodori - Fresh Buffalo Milk Mozzarella and Tomatoes. (b) Ravioli al Burro e Salvia - Fresh Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli with Butter and Sage. (c) Crostini di Mare con Pesce Spada e Aragosta  - Seafood Crostini with Sautéed Swordfish and Maine Lobster. (d) Filetto di Tonno alla Griglia con Verdure di Stagione - Grilled Fillet of Tuna with Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables. (e) Filetto di Branzino al Forno con Spinaci e Lenticchie - Oven-baked Fillet of Sea Bass with Spinach and Lentils. (f) Saccottino con Aragosta - Puff Pastry Pocket Stuffed with Sautéed Maine Lobster. (g) Pici al Pesto - Homemade Spaghetti Pasta with Pesto Sauce. (h) Tartallette di Frutta - Fruit Tartlet with Italian Pastry Cream. (i) Marco Betti, the creator of La Terrazza's menu - He may be on the menu, but you can't order him.
